We’re taking over the Skyline for one night only — and you’re coming with us.
Join the Tin Shed crew for a four-course feast paired with five of our favourite wines, hosted by winemaker (and chef) Pete Clarke, alongside owners Claire and Dan. We’ll be pouring the good stuff, swapping stories, and sharing what makes Tin Shed tick, from vineyard to glass (and back again).
The menu? Think Korean BBQ pork belly with All Day Rosé, lamb backstrap and Melting Pot Shiraz, and a decadent finish of dark chocolate and cherry tart paired with Single Wire Shiraz. It’s bold, delicious, and not to be missed.
