SINGLE VINEYARD • HANDPICKED • VEGAN FRIENDLY
There is nothing lazy about how this wine is made, with hard work, great dirt, old vines, and meticulous winemaking.
Our Grenache grapes are grown on the Tscharke family vineyard on the Western Ridge of Barossa Valley, in the famous sub-region of Stonewell, often referred to as the golden mile. This vineyard is certified organic and soon-to-be-certified biodynamic. Handpicked at dawn between mid-February and mid-March, the blend of early-picked and later-picked parcels allowed us to combine different components and layers for the finished wine. Once through malo fermentation, the wines were combined and racked in seasoned French oak barrels.

Tasting Note
Vibrant, light, and bright, this wine has fresh aromas of lifted light spice, cinnamon, and juicy light red fruits. On the palate, the brightness continues, with lifted spices, fluffy light tannins, goji berries, and delicious balanced sweet berries.
It's a dangerously drinkable wine!
