Tasting Note
Pale straw with green hues, the nose is lifted and fragrant, showing green apple, lemongrass, lime and delicate jasmine. The palate is all citrus and crunch — crab apple, lemon and lime — layered with fine floral notes, chalky texture and beautifully balanced acidity.
It’s fresh, focused and full of energy. A pure expression of site and season and a dead-set winner with seafood.
